1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a workspace or accessing NXTGEN SMS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a tuition academy or school, you represent that you hold authority to bind that entity.

2. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) on a monthly or annual recurring basis via our payment partner PayHere. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your admin portal.

3. Tenant Data Isolation & Privacy

Your institute retains 100% ownership of all student records, fee logs, attendance history, and uploaded study materials. NXTGEN enforces PostgreSQL Row-Level Security to ensure no other tenant can access your data.
